My copy of THE CARTOONIST arrived yesterday. Don't rush out to your local Barnes & Noble or news stand though — THE CARTOONIST is mailed out monthly to members of the NCS. So I thought it would be nice to put it up on the blogs, both mine and the NCS North Central Chapter blog (http://northcentraltooners.blogspot.com/).
